We always aim to have every order completed within 24 hours from the time of order. In some cases, where the video requires a substantial edit, this may take longer than 24h. If your video is going to be delayed, we will email you to let you know this. Completely bespoke videos typically take 3-5 days (see 'Bespoke Orders' below).

All of our videos are created as digital downloads and are also available to stream from YouTube. Therefore, there is no requirements for shipping and all taxes are included in our prices. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

All of our products are available to download directly from a secure Google Drive link, allowing you to save your video to your device for your reveal. We additionally provide a private YouTube link so that you can watch and reveal your video by streaming from any internet-connected device.

Our Google Drive Videos are deleted one calendar month after we complete your order. Our YouTube videos are left online and are not deleted. If you wish for your YouTube video to be deleted, please email us. Both Google Drive and YouTube videos are stored privately and can only be accessed with the links we provide.

We typically offer commonly requested customizations which can be added prior to checkout on any of our product pages. Customizations typically include the addition of an extra name, the trip date being displayed on screen, a photo of your loved one(s) being shown, a custom message from one of our characters, and an upscale of our videos to 4K resolution.

Many of our customers asked for a service where they could choose exactly what our characters say - creating a custom message for their loved ones.

Our Mickey Calls service features the voices of 7 of our best loved characters: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Stitch, Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear and Sheriff Woody.

Rather than create a video to watch, your chosen character will speak a recorded voicemail-style message for your loved ones.

Ideal to wish them a Happy Birthday, congratulate them on that milestone, or let them know they can't wait to meet them at the theme park the next day.

We offer bespoke orders. We can modify existing videos, create entirely new videos, change the music track and the dialogue to suit your tastes and imagination. These typically take between 3 and 5 days to create.
